Takachiho

Base plan: Miyazaki City for transport; Takachiho for an early gorge visit. Explore Takachiho on foot, then order chicken nanban, jidori, hiyajiru and mango for your first regional dinner.

DAY 02

Aoshima

Start early for Aoshima. Keep the afternoon flexible for a local workshop or food stop, and look for shochu, cedar craft and mango sweets.

DAY 03

Nichinan Coast

Use the final day for Nichinan Coast. Check the last return connection before departure and send large luggage ahead when buses are involved.
