Where is Toyama,
and why go?
Toyama faces the Sea of Japan between Ishikawa and Niigata and sits north of the Japanese Alps. Toyama City is the gateway for the coast and the Alpine Route.

HOW TO ARRIVE
Use the airport bus to Toyama Station. The Hokuriku Shinkansen also links Toyama with Tokyo and Kanazawa.
